Address the housing affordability crisis by launching a $500 million capital expenditure program to provide thousands of livable and affordable family homes on leased City-owned land.

Improve public safety for local residents, businesses, and visitors by enforcing by-laws that have been ignored, improving sanitation of public spaces, and addressing repeat petty crime

Improve life for people experiencing homelessness, addiction, or mental health problems by creating a single coordinating body to provide holistic, long-term solutions.

Review city spending to ensure residents and businesses get the value they deserve from municipal tax dollars.

Rethink the Broadway and Vancouver Plans to prevent uniform, city-wide construction of large towers and prioritize planning that fosters livability, local character, and vibrant communities.

Stabilize land values by ending spot rezoning and preserving the livable character of our neighbourhoods.

Support local businesses by protecting existing commercial zoning, developing a more efficient commercial permitting process, and using city procurement to support local businesses.

Save our parks and recreational facilities by ensuring the protection and enhancement of our public parks, community centres, pools, and other public amenities.

Empower residents and local businesses through City-supported neighbourhood organizations.

Improve local democracy by developing a more representative municipal electoral system (e.g. wards)
